The company's introductory Software as a Service (SaaS) product, DealSimple™, provides Digital Transaction Management (DTM) to real estate professionals. DealSimple™ manages the transaction process, not the form. This is achieved by guiding agents through the completion of transactions with forms as a logical output, not a starting point.  At no time are users required to search, identify, locate or interact with forms. This reduces errors and omissions and provides the ability to audit the entire transaction.
